Water Station-'For the Earth'

Water Station-'For the Earth' installed in the Kawanabe district affluent in spring water aimed to load up and transfer plenty of spring water. Ichi Ikeda constructed the reed boat and the bamboo boat remaining from ancient times because they look like the "Cradle of Water" which could carry water with careful and gentle mind. Two "Cradle of Water" were installed on the banks of the river, thrusting the sterns into the earth to load up spring water

The Water Station in the Kawanabe district affluent in spring water is aiming to transfer plenty of spring water to other sites. And then Ichi Ikeda planned to build the reed boat and the bamboo boat remaining from ancient times because they look like the "Cradle of Water" which could carry water with careful and gentle mind.

The bamboo boat and reed boat were installed on the banks of the Manosegawa River, thrusting the stern into the earth. During the exhibition, two boats are in process of loading up spring water.

IN PROCESS OF LOADING UP SPRING WATER

On the final day of the exhibition, the reed boat was floated safely on the Manosegawa River. And many people tried to row the reed boat.
They were just 'crews' of the Arcing Ark.
At the evening of the final day, the screen was hoisted on the Reed boat. And the images of spring water, gushing out in the branch of the Manosegawa river, were projected in the 'Big Hand' of Water Sender.
